We have used Jason Dunning for 2 roofing claims in the past 8 years, the most recent one was Jan/Feb 2023 and involved wind damage/hail damage. We had roof and shingle repair/replacement, exterior paint damage/repair, gutter damage/repair, window and shutter damage/repair, fence damage/repair, play set damage/repair and patio damage/repair. The first claim was 8 years ago when the entire DFW area was hit by several hail storms. We had water damage, roof damage, windows, dry wall, living room wall damage (interior and exterior), bathroom, garage, patio, fence and play set damage. Jason made sure everything was taken care of from handling the insurance company, meeting up with the adjuster, correcting anything on the claim, reviewing work to be done (everything was done quickly and efficiently), making suggestions on replacement products, handling any/all funds, working repairs that fit your schedule, hiring qualified crews which completed his higher standards of roofing repairs and he was extremely personable. We have the utmost respect for Jason and his business because he has demonstrated his personal dedication and commitment to maintaining a high moral character and integrity in every decision and along the entire process of our experience. You can tell that his crews respect him and he demonstrates his commitment and concern for his crews/employees-there is a mutual respect that is shared.
